Technobabble is a sci-fi themed party game for approximately 3-6 players, but larger player counts are possible and even encouraged for added chaos.

In Technobabble, the players take on the role of the crew of an advanced starship facing an oncoming Crisis. It is up to the crew to suggest complicated technical-sounding solutions, no matter how absurd, then try to save the day.

I'm a player of simple tastes:

I like storytelling games, like Aye, Dark Overlord! and Once Upon A Time
... but I generally prefer sci-fi tropes to fantasy
I like party games, especially Spaceteam
...but I don't like every player needing the same app on their phone for a party game.

Which means this game fundamentally appeals to me. Will find a group to play this ASAP.
